1. Returns

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, customised items, sale items, and gift cards may not be eligible for return.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item).


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
